DMCA Policy

Last Updated: 30 June 2026

Forge Labs Sp. z o.o. ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of AuraVibe.ai, respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright legislation. This DMCA Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement notices and how rights holders can contact us if they believe their copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorization.

References in this Policy to the "Services" mean AuraVibe.ai, together with any related applications, sub-domains, affiliated sites, products, or features, and all content made available through them.

1. How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you hold a copyright (or act on behalf of the copyright owner) and believe in good faith that content available through the Services infringes that copyright, you may submit a written notice to us containing the following:

  • The signature (handwritten or electronic) of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, with enough detail for us to locate it;
  • Your contact details — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Our Process for Handling Notices

Once we receive a complete and valid infringement notice, we will:

  • Review the notice to confirm it satisfies the DMCA requirements;
  • Take appropriate preliminary action — including, where applicable, disabling or restricting access to the reported content — within 1–3 business days of receiving the notice;
  • Inform the user who posted or generated the material and request a response or supporting evidence from them.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us. Upon receipt, we will forward it to the original complainant and keep the disputed content disabled for 10–14 days, after which it will be restored — unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the infringing activity.

4. Contact Us

All DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent to: support@auravibe.ai

We aim to review and respond to all legitimate copyright concerns promptly and fairly.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Services for any user found to have repeatedly or willfully infringed the copyrights of others.
