AuraVibe, operated by Forge Labs Sp. z o.o., is committed to keeping the Services safe and respectful for everyone. This Content Removal Policy explains what to do if you believe AI-generated content on our platform unintentionally resembles a real, identifiable person.

References in this Policy to the "Services" mean AuraVibe.ai, together with any related applications, sub-domains, affiliated sites, products, or features, and all content made available through them. All content available through the Services — including companion characters and any generated text, images, or video — is produced exclusively by artificial intelligence. We do not intentionally base any content on real individuals, and any resemblance to an actual person is unintended and coincidental.

1. Unintended Resemblance to Real People

Because content on the Services is generated by AI, there is a possibility that, despite our intentions, certain output may resemble a real person. We take such concerns seriously and act promptly to review and address them.

If you believe that content available through the Services resembles you, or another identifiable real person, you (or that person, or their authorized representative) can request its removal by contacting support@auravibe.ai or through the "Contact" section of the Services.

We treat all content removal requests as confidential. We do not share your personal information or the details of your request with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
